I have been looking for a workout program that I truly look forward to doing for a very long time – I can honestly say that I have found it in Jazzercise! The workouts are hip, hot and highly energizing and so much FUN! Not only that, but the classes make a real difference in my overall well-being and I have seen great results already – having lost over 4% of my body fat in 12 weeks and working on the next 4%! I haven’t been this fit and trim in YEARS! The dance routines aspect of Jazzercise is the most appealing part of it to me, as I rarely get to go out dancing (with three children to care for!) so this meets my needs of both exercise and desire to dance and let loose! I would highly recommend Jazzercise to anyone – young or old – the choreography is simple to do and each class hits all the major muscles plus gets your heart pumping. I wish I had started years ago! Hi Lisa! I wanted to share a "Woo Hoo" story with you. I went to work today and everyone complimented me on how great I looked. Through out the whole day I would hear from numerous people "Kasey, did you lose weight?" or "Kasey, you look great today." It made me feel great that not only do I realize the change but other people do as well. Joining Jazzercise has truly changed my life. I was never a morning person (or that much of an exercise person), but at least one or two times a week I would get up at 5ish to go to Carol's 5:45 a.m. class. And then when I could, I would rush out of work to go to Leslie's 6:40 p.m. class. Carol and Leslie are great and I always enjoy going to their class. Last but not least, you. I have gained so much knowledge from the seminars that you provided and I enjoy reading the emails you sent. Thank you for being supportive! Dear Lisa, I saw your ad in our local newspaper. Since my gym membership had expired, I wasn’t satisfied and therefore not wanting to rejoin. After making an inquiring phone call to you, the Forever Fit program was explained to me. This sounded like a wonderful combination of weight control and exercise. Well, after my first class I was “hooked”. The fact that someone was going to make me accountable for what I put into my mouth plus the fact that my measurements were going to be monitored made me stop and think before reacting to food. Now that I have completed the 12 week program, I have lost 2% of my body fat. Not bad since I have maintained my weight within five pounds of my high school years. Prior to starting Jazzercise I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and a degenerative back problem and was set up for physical therapy three times a week. I was in considerable pain and relied on pain medication every four hours and prior to coming to Jazzercise. Gradually, I realized I wasn’t taking the pain medication as often and not at all prior to class. Now I don’t take any pain medication and have boundless energy, pretty good for a senior citizen. The instructors are very encouraging and make you “shake your booty” and laugh at the same time. I have met some wonderful women of all ages. Now I plan my day around Jazzercise and not make an excuse for not exercizing.Thank you for a new lease on life. Fondly, Jan Kowalski |

Hi Lisa, For your one year anniversary at your new location, I want to wish you continued success with your Jazzercise business. I have been coming since March and I am so addicted (and that is good)!! When I am there, I have so much fun dancing to the music, I forget about everything else. It?s like an hour vacation. To me, it?s better than meditation or yoga. I actually feel so energized after each class. It?s just always so much fun and there are so many different times available that it makes it convenient for anyone to attend. I have tried to get into a routine at other gyms and exercise classes but I always get bored to death and off track. I just love dancing and it doesn?t make a difference if you are doing the exact routine as long as you are enjoying the music while you exercise. And there is such a nice variety of music! During every class, each instructor takes the time to remind us how we should be positioned ( tighten those abs!) to get the most out of each exercise, which I really appreciate because it has made me aware that I had been doing certain exercises incorrectly all my life. No other classes I attended ever made a point to remind us which muscles we should be squeezing and exactly how to perform each routine to get the most out of it. I think everyone should try Jazzercise and I have met so many nice people there that feel the exact same way. It?s like going out dancing every day, and the benefits are phenomenal!
