Instructor/Owner -- An Instructor since 1989! I started teaching in Wellington, Palm Beach and then Greenacres - all in Florida - then on to Madison, Alabama, and from there to Naperville, Illinois. I now find myself back in Florida, living in Palm City and offering Martin and St. Lucie Counties a fabulous Fitness Center with at least 29 Jazzercise classes to choose from taught by the best darn TEAM ever! I have the honor of being a Jazzercise Monitor Assistant for districts in Florida and Illinois. I have performed at Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls 1/2 time shows and have had the privilege of teaching at the Chicagoland Fitness Series. Jazzercise is a very important part of my life - it gets me going, but most importantly, it keeps me sane! |

My favorite part of jazzercise is the people that come to class. I love getting to know them because they are all so wonderful. I have made such good friends through Jazzercise. I also love sharing with them my love of Jazzercise. Where else can you spend time with friends, laugh, and get fit all at the same time?? " |
