How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.

How do I change my EFT payment method?
All EFT changes need to be in writing. For changes to your payment method, download the Amendment Form.
How do I put my EFT on hold? Cancel?
All EFT changes must be presented in writing by the 15th of each month to take effect the upcoming month. To put your account on HOLD or to cancel, PRINT AND COMPLETE THE HOLD/CANCEL FORM and present to your instructor.
What are the instructors' credentials?
Jazzercise instructors participate in an intensive screening process as well as training and certification program, and are CPR certified. Instructors also continue their education in all aspects of dance and physiology to keep abreast of the latest developments in fitness.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
