Cancellation and Holds:
Your EFT can be cancelled at any time by simply providing us with a note in writing by the 15th of the month in order for the cancellation to be in effect the following month. Cancellation forms are available HERE and at the registration table.

We can also put your EFT account on HOLD for one or two months - simply let us know in writing by the 15th of the month to be effective the following month. Holds MUST be for medical or emergency purposes only. Hold forms are available Here and at the registration table.

EFT is priced to allow for extended vacations - you save $165 per year, which is equivalent to 4 months FREE vs. paying in 2-month increments. We do not take cancellations or holds via phone. These must be in writing. Please refer to your EFT agreement.

Child Care:

* Due to our liability insurance, children are not allowed on the Jazzercise floor unless they are fully participating in class. Free childcare is available at the 9:10am class M-F, and by appt on Saturday.

Silence is Golden:
Please be respectful of those around you - and your instructor - while class is in session by refraining from talking loudly. While class is happening, you are welcome to use the childcare room (when not in use) to get caught up with your friends and fellow jazzercisers.
