Just follow the steps below and you'll be dancing your way to better fitness in no time!

1. Decide what day and time you want to start and mark it on your calendar.

2. Print out the above special coupon. This special coupon is good at your first class only. You're going to love class, so bring your checkbook, cash, or a credit/debit card and take advantage of this offer.

3. Print and complete our Participation Authorization Form, and bring that with you.

4. Bring your exercise shoes and a towel. We have water ($1 donation) or bring your own.

5. Please arrive to class at least 10 minutes before your first class starts.
